Question: What does the following warning mean when it occurs during mesh generation?

Answer: Mesh elements triggering this warning may yield inaccurate results. Therefore, they need to be corrected with local mesh smoothing. There are arrows that will show you mesh elements with an angle < 5°.

You can enable such arrows by following this path: View parameters settings > Misc. > Calculation info > Display arrow on small mesh elements.
